Does eating lots of fruits and vegetables can really help improve skin conditions?

It really depends on the individual.If you are lacking in certain type of vitamins or mineral, the fruits or vegetables that have that type of vitamins or mineral you need, it will work for you. Key thing is what do you need? Exposure to long hours of sunlight, not enough of body fluids can deteriorate your skin problems as well. As with lots of things in life, there isnt any one size fits all solutions.
