i have asthma, hay fever, zinc deficiency, lysine deficiency and right now i think i have hives!!!

I have asthma too. Although it isn't too bad. At the moment I also have a cold - not major I know :P (always seem to get them in the summer though:/) apart from that i'm well. (I hope).

eczema, and irritable bowel syndrome. I have been been insulin dependent diabetic for 31 years so i think i qualify to help with this area !!!!!!
Reply:i have no health problem trust me but if i dont takecare of my diet i might end up having issues with my health

Reply:There are 5 of us in our family. Myself, husband, daughter(19) and two sons(8 and 10). Only my son (10 middle child), has eczema, hay fever and mild asthma (at hay fever time). All the rest of us ok. All three pregnancies good, births good, all breast fed and same house. How strange is that?
Reply:Umm...In lactose intolerant if that is considered a condition.
